We prefer to communicate with you electronically. Our Terms and Conditions stipulate that your bank statements will be given to you electronically by making them available for you to view and download in Internet Banking. 

We will notify you electronically (for example by email, SMS text message, message in Internet Banking, message in our Mobile Banking application) when we make a new statement of account available for you in Internet Banking.

 

Step 1: Log in to Internet Banking by selecting the Internet Banking button on the top right corner of your screen. You were automatically setup for Internet Banking when you joined the Bank. If you’ve forgotten your Password, you can reset your Password via Internet Banking.

Step 2: Click Account Activity in the top navigation bar.

Step 3: Select Communication preferences.

Step 4: Select the statement type.

Step 5: Select Electronic.

Step 6: Click Submit.

There is no charge if you choose to receive your statements electronically.

Step 2: Click Account Activity in the top navigation bar.

Step 3: Click on Statements

Step 4: All available statements will be displayed. Click View to open a particular statement.

Step 5: To download a copy for your personal records, click the arrow next to View and click Save, this will save the statement as a PDF to your device/computer.
