By successfully applying for and using the Card, you acknowledge and consent that we do not provide and you will not receive paper statements. Electronic statements showing the Card's transactions and Cash Passport Card Fund balance are available for viewing and printing through 'My Account' at www.cashpassport.com

By completing this application form you will be deemed to have accepted the terms and conditions. This will be confirmed once an Australian Mutual Bank officer contacts you to finalise your request.
After submitting this order request, we will contact you within two business days. The daily rates will be communicated prior to processing your request. Once identification has been completed, your request will be processed. You will need to provide a current Australian driver’s licence or passport.
