Are you a member?

Members can send us a secure message via the Mobile Banking App. A secure message allows you to communicate securely and confidentially with us.

To send a secure message, simply:

  1. Log into the app
  2. Tap on 'Inbox' (envelope icon) in the top right corner.
  3. Tap 'New'. This will open a new secure email message.
  4. Fill out all relevant fields
  5. Tap 'Send'

You can also send a secure message via Internet Banking.
