The loan establishment fee waiver offer (‘The Offer”) is a waiver of the Australian Mutual Bank (“AMBL”) Personal Loan establishment fee of $150 for all new personal loans (excluding Green Loans which do not have an establishment fee), and a waiver of the mortgage loan establishment fee of $250 for all new owner occupied and investment loans (excluding bridging loans).
