Effective 28th April 2025, all international payments, whether to a new payee or existing payee, require an SMS verification for added security. By initiating an international payment, you acknowledge and agree that an SMS verification will be sent to your registered mobile number before the transaction is processed.

If these fees are deducted from the transmitted funds, this will result in the beneficiary receiving a lesser amount than transmitted.
