2. SWIFT Payments are arranged through Cuscal Limited ABN 95 087 822 455 AFSL 244116. Telegraphic Transfers are undertaken at the sender's risk and CUSCAL, and/or their subsidiary companies and/or their agents accept no liability for any delay, mistake, or omission which may happen in its transition, or misinterpretation when received, or from failure to identify the payee. The majority of banks charge processing fees which vary between banks/countries. If these fees are deducted from the transmitted funds, this will result in the beneficiary receiving a lesser amount than transmitted. Australian Mutual Bank may receive a commission or other financial benefits for the referral of business to CUSCAL.
