We’re committed to providing personalised service to the Penrith community and are excited to announce that our branch will be relocating to a fresh, modern space.

Located just a short walk from our current premises, the new branch at 29 Riley Street, Penrith, is undergoing renovations, with completion expected in June 2025.

The new location has been thoughtfully designed to create a warm, member-friendly environment. In the meantime, our current location at 16–20 Riley Street, Penrith, will remain operational until the 30th of May 2025.

During the relocation process, we are committed to minimising any inconvenience to our valued members. The following services will remain available:

  • Our dedicated Contact Centre team is available to help you. You can phone them on 13 61 91 from Monday to Friday, between 8:00 am and 7:00 pm, and on Saturday from 8:30 am to 11:30 am (Sydney NSW time).
  • Our Loans Specialists are available by calling 13 61 91 from Monday to Friday, between 9:00 am and 5:00 pm (Sydney NSW time).
  • Fee-free cash withdrawals are available via EFTPOS (e.g. taking ‘cash out’ at the supermarket) and via a non-direct charge ATM.
  • Up to four fee-free deposits or withdrawals can be made via Australia Post (Bank@Post*).
  • Access via digital wallets, the Mobile Banking App, and Internet Banking will continue so you can conduct your banking at any time.

We’ll continue to provide updates and share important information about the transition as it becomes available.

*First four Bank@Post transactions (deposits and/or withdrawals) per month will be free. Any additional Bank@Post transactions will incur a $3.00 fee per transaction. Subject to service availability.
