Effective Monday, 29 July 2024, the Fitbit Pay Application will no longer be available on Fitbit devices, and users will be migrated to Google Wallet. Google is now expanding Google Wallet Application Support to legacy Fitbit devices, which will replace Fitbit Pay. As a result, Fitbit Pay will no longer be supported after this date.
The list of impacted devices includes:
- Fitbit Charge 4
- Fitbit Charge 5
- Fitbit Charge 6
- Fitbit Sense
- Fitbit Sense 2
- Fitbit Versa 2
- Fitbit Versa 3
- Fitbit Versa 4
- Special Editions of Fitbit Charge 3 and Fitbit Versa.
You can continue to use existing bank cards in Fitbit Pay until July 29th, but new cards can no longer be added to Fitbit Pay.
