We would like to remind our members affected by the floods that we are here to help in this difficult time. Members directly impacted may be eligible for support under our Disaster Relief measures which, upon request, can offer:

  • the opportunity to suspend repayments for up to three months for members with a home loan or personal loan
  • a waiver for late fees on home or personal loan repayments
  • a waiver of fees for debit replacement cards
  • a waiver on personal loan establishment fees as well as term deposit break costs

Members who need assistance should contact their local branch manager, call 13 61 91 (Mon - Fri: 8am - 7pm, Saturday: 8.30am - 11.30am) or email the enquiry and contact details to info@australianmutual.bank.

Members who have purchased insurance through Australian Mutual Bank and need to make a claim are advised to notify our insurance partner CGU as soon as possible by calling the claims line on 13 24 80 (available 24/7).
