First Home Guarantee (FHBG)

Australian Mutual Bank is proud to be a Participating Lender in the Australian Government's First Home Guarantee (FHBG), previously known as the First Home Loan Deposit Scheme. The Australian Government supports eligible home buyers to purchase a home sooner, under the FHBG where eligible first home buyers can purchase a modest home with a deposit of as little as 5 per cent.

Regional First Home Buyer Guarantee (RFHBG)

The Regional First Home Buyer Guarantee is an Australian Government initiative that aims to support eligible regional first home buyers to purchase a home with as little as 5% deposit.

Eligible regional first home buyers can use the RFHBG in conjunction with other government programs like the First Home Super Saver Scheme or state and territory first home owner grants and stamp duty concessions.

Family Home Guarantee (FHG)

The Family Home Guarantee aims to support eligible single parents or eligible single legal guardians of at least one dependent in purchasing a family home, regardless of whether they are a first home buyer or a previous home owner. You can use the Family Home Guarantee to build a new home or buy an existing home with a deposit of as little as 2%.
